9. Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

All consultations, astrology services, numerology services, vastu consultations, digital reports, online courses, downloadable products, gemstones, crystals, rudraksha, and other products sold by Sakshi Sayys are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly provided below.

Replacement requests for physical products shall only be considered where:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition.

  • The customer notifies Sakshi Sayys within 2 (two) calendar days of delivery.

  • A continuous, complete, and unedited unboxing video, recorded from before opening the sealed package until the damaged product is clearly visible, is submitted as proof.

The unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.

Claims submitted without the required video, with edited or incomplete recordings, or after the prescribed reporting period shall not be accepted.

Sakshi Sayys reserves the sole right to determine the validity of any replacement request based on the evidence provided.

No refunds shall be issued except where required under applicable law.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Sakshi Sayys ships physical products, including but not limited to gemstones, crystals, rudraksha, and other spiritual products, to locations where delivery services are available.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping or tracking details will be shared through your registered email address, mobile number, or other available communication channel.

Depending on your delivery location, courier partner, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take approximately 15–20 business days from the date of dispatch.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Sakshi Sayys shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, government restrictions, customs clearance, strikes, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
