🌸 Return & Replacement Policy – Sakshi Sayys 🌸
At Sakshi Sayys, we take pride in offering thoughtfully handcrafted, high-vibrational crystal and spiritual products. Each piece is unique and created with care. Because of the delicate and spiritual nature of our items, we kindly request that you read our return and exchange policy carefully before submitting any request.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
We always want you to love what you receive. However, returns or exchanges can only be accepted under specific conditions as detailed below. We reserve the right to approve or deny any return or refund request based on these guidelines.

✅ Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
• Your order was damaged during transit
• You received an incorrect product

📝 Important Note: A mandatory unboxing video (recorded from package opening to product display without cuts or edits) is required to process any return or exchange. This video is essential for internal assessment. Requests without this proof will not be considered.

⏳ Timeframe
• All return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be returned in original condition, with all packaging and certification intact.
• Any tampering or damage to the product or its certification will void the return request.

🚫 Exclusions
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted:
• After the 7-day period.
• Without a valid unboxing video.
• For the following product categories (unless damaged):
Customised jewelry
Beads bracelets
Crystal trees
Rakhi
Products received exactly as ordered

📌 Due to the nature of our products and the risk of counterfeits, items made to order or based on specific size/measurements are non-returnable. Please check the product details or contact our team for clarity before purchasing.

🚚 Shipping Charges
Courier charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. We do not provide pickup—the cost and responsibility of return shipping lies with the customer.

💸 Refund Process
Once approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• For prepaid orders, the amount is credited within 5–7 working days.
• For COD orders above ₹2 lakh, PAN and bank details are required as per government norms.
• Refunds for international orders may take 40–45 days.

You will be notified once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we’ll process your refund. Please allow for delays due to bank processing or holidays.

🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery. Email us at support@sakshisayys.com within 7 days. Send returns to:

Note: Exchanges depend on product availability and are only allowed if the product is returned in original condition.

🎁 Gifts
If a product is received as a free item or gift, exchange, return, or refund will not be available under any circumstances. Refunds, if applicable, will only be issued to the original purchaser for paid items.

🌍 International Orders
• For any delivery issues with international orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 40–45 days to the original payment method.
• We are not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or other taxes imposed by your country.
• If a shipment is refused or cancelled after dispatch, all return costs, VAT, and custom duties will be deducted from the refund.
• Refunds will be issued only after we receive the returned product in good condition.
• While shipping the return, ensure correct declaration of the item and its value for smooth customs clearance. Any discrepancy can result in rejection of the return.

❌ Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please double-check your order before proceeding.

⏳ Missing or Late Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared:

1.    First check your bank or payment account.

2.    Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take a few extra days to reflect.

3.    Still no update? Email us at support@sakshisayys.com for help.

❗ Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
• Change of mind after receiving the product
• Slight colour or size differences (due to lighting or screen resolution)
• Minor imperfections in packaging that don’t affect product quality
