RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sakshi Sayys ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). This Return & Refund Policy governs all purchases made through www.sakshisayys.com.

By purchasing any product or service from our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.

  • Services include astrology consultations, numerology consultations, vastu consultations, spiritual guidance, and other services offered by Sakshi Sayys.

  • Customer, You, or Your means any individual purchasing products or services from the Website.

 

 

3. Cancellation Policy

All orders placed through www.sakshisayys.com are final.

Once payment has been successfully processed, no cancellation, modification, or transfer of the order shall be permitted.

This policy applies to physical products, digital products, consultations, reports, appointments, and all other services provided by Sakshi Sayys.

 

 

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through www.sakshisayys.com are strictly non-refundable.

Since many of our products and services are personalized, spiritually recommended, digitally delivered, or specially prepared for individual customers, no refunds shall be issued, except where required under applicable law.

 

 

5. Replacement Policy

Replacement requests shall only be considered for physical products received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The request must be submitted within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • A continuous, complete, and unedited unboxing video, recorded from before opening the sealed package until the damaged or incorrect product is clearly visible, must be provided.

  • The product must remain unused and in its original condition, along with all original packaging, where requested.

Claims that do not satisfy these requirements may be rejected at the sole discretion of Sakshi Sayys.

 

 

6. Non-Returnable Products & Services

The following products and services are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Numerology consultations

  • Vastu consultations

  • Personalized reports

  • Digital products

  • Downloadable content

  • Online courses

  • Webinars

  • Gemstones

  • Crystals

  • Rudraksha

  • Spiritual products

  • Personalized or custom-made products

7. Product & Service Images

All images, photographs, videos, graphics, illustrations, mock-ups, AI-generated visuals, and other visual representations displayed on www.sakshisayys.com are provided solely for illustrative, promotional, and display purposes.

Actual products, packaging, colours, sizes, textures, patterns, layouts, reports, consultations, digital content, and services may vary from the images shown on the Website.

Natural variations in gemstones, crystals, rudraksha, and other spiritual products are inherent characteristics and shall not be regarded as defects.

Any difference between the displayed images and the actual product or service shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, return, replacement, exchange, or refund.

 

 

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If a damaged or incorrect product is received, the customer must notify Sakshi Sayys within 2 (two) calendar days of delivery.

The replacement request must include:

  • Order Number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • A continuous, complete, and unedited unboxing video recorded from before opening the sealed package until the issue is clearly visible

Failure to provide the required evidence or to report the issue within the prescribed time may result in rejection of the replacement request.

 

 

9. Authenticity Policy

Sakshi Sayys is committed to sourcing and offering genuine gemstones, crystals, rudraksha, and other spiritual products through trusted suppliers.

The authenticity of any gemstone, crystal, rudraksha, or other product shall be determined solely by an independent Government of India-recognized gemological laboratory or any other accredited gem testing laboratory, as applicable.

Sakshi Sayys does not certify, guarantee, or independently determine the authenticity, grading, quality, or composition of any gemstone or crystal.

If a customer obtains a valid laboratory certificate stating that a purchased product is synthetic, artificial, treated (where undisclosed), or not of the nature described at the time of sale, the customer may submit a claim for review subject to the following conditions:

  • The laboratory report must clearly identify the purchased product.

  • The claim must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the laboratory report.

  • The product must not have been altered, damaged, modified, or tampered with.

  • All laboratory testing fees, courier charges, insurance costs, and related expenses shall be borne entirely by the customer.

  • Sakshi Sayys reserves the right to verify the laboratory report before taking any action.

The findings, grading, testing methodology, and authenticity determination remain the sole responsibility of the issuing gemological laboratory. Sakshi Sayys shall not be liable for the accuracy, interpretation, or conclusions contained in any laboratory report.

If, after verification, the independent laboratory report confirms that the product is materially different from the description at the time of sale, Sakshi Sayys may, at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law, provide an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
